Warehouse supervisor
the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, pick and pack, dispatching and inventory control.
He / she ensure s that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations, monitor open orders, ensure daily fulfillment is accurate, deadlines are met and work with internal teams to quickly resolve issues.
Work in cooperation with other stakeholders (Customer, Supply Chain, HR, QHSE, IT ) to ensure objectives are met and warehouse related operations are efficient. control process.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years' experience In Operations, Sales or Supply Chain.
- Good understanding of tools & systems supporting SC process
- Good communication skills (frequent interaction with different functions / levels)
- Good analytical skills
- Hands-on problem solver
- Self-starter, initiative taking
- Helicopter view, strategic thinker
- Ability to perform under time pressure
