Qualifications :
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Simulator Flight Instructor - Global Flight Training Standardization to join the team in Miami, FL .
This position is in support of instructor standardization across our campuses, as well as supporting a growing global statement of work in support of external customer CBTA instructor training.
The selected candidate will need to have strong communication skills, written, verbal and listening. This role will require the ability to travel domestically and / or internationally on short notice for up to 29 days at a time to support program objectives.
Position Responsibilities :
Acquire and maintain all Boeing instructor qualifications for at least one model
Ability for global travel to support customer instructor training up to 4 weeks at a time
Previous Boeing instructor experience on at least one model
Comfortable leading facilitation in a briefing, debriefing, and classroom setting
Represent the Boeing brand in the global aviation training industry
Mentor and coach other instructors through the qualification and training process
Provide input and feedback to drive change, working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders
Evaluate and assess trainee progress through the use of competencies and observable behaviors
Promote global instructor standardization, providing coordination at the Miami campus, working in partnership with other Boeing global campuses

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Transport Pilot Rating or Military Equivalent
Simulator instructor experience, specifically with transport category airplanes
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
1000 hours of Pilot in Command
Experience as a Pilot Simulator Instructor in Transport Category Aircraft in an airline or training center environment
Experience or willingness to embrace Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) courseware delivery, to include student and instructor tutoring assessment of competencies
Technically savvy with an iPad, courseware media, and use of a classroom; ensuring training environment is properly prepared in advance;
experience with MS Office

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an Experienced Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer located in San Antonio, TX.
You will have the unique opportunity to work on the next generation Presidential Aircraft (VC-25B) and support Boeing Commercial Derivative Airplane products.

Position Responsibilities :
- Follow the guidance and direction from lead, and senior SME’s.
- Remove, replace, adjust and / or install equipment racks, power panels and various aircraft components / assemblies, and closures.
- Perform bond and ground testing to ensure electrical ground between aircraft systems.
- Perform wire routing and wire terminations.
