Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service behind the bar, including executing quality steps of service in an efficient and attentive manner.
- After completing a comprehensive training program, bartenders will be expected to use their detailed food, wine, spirits, and beer knowledge
- Have a comprehensive understanding of all products behind the bar.
- Mixing and serving all drinks ordered and mastering the execution of classic and craft cocktails.
- Continuing to grow their food and beverage knowledge during the course of their employment.
Qualifications
- Passionate about going above and beyond expectations to provide every guest with a creative & tailored dining experience
- Must work well in a team environment
- Display a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong communication skills & demonstrate humility
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Previous serving or bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment is preferred

Server
Sotto is seeking an experienced server!
In acquiring the former Maisonette building, BRG also obtained the La Normandie space located in the rustic basement. The former steakhouse was dark and cozy with a large fireplace.
It screamed comfort, authenticity, and pasta ! To pay homage to the ancient brick and mortar, Chef Falk developed the Sotto concept.
Tenacious and restrained, hardcore and heartfelt, we practice the tradition of generations of chefs in an underground hideaway.
Our menu is fire, meat, wheat, and above all, Italian.
