Binks is looking for a bartender with at least 6 months experience bartending to join our team. We are hiring for 2 to 4 shifts per week, 14-32 hours per week, plus FLEXIBILITY to fill-in is key.
We are looking for someone who will drop their personal plans to come in to work on short notice if, for example, someone calls out sick that day.
Being responsive to scheduling phone calls and texts is a must. Our staff makes anywhere from $35 to $50 an hour between wages & tips! But to be a part of the team at Binks you have to work closing shifts, answer scheduling texts, show good multi-tasking skills, work hard and with urgency, and have an overall positive & great attitude.
These things are simply not negotiable. We are looking for a person with an upbeat, "can-do" type of personality- if this is you, we'd love to talk to you.
We are an established bar with over 21 years in the neighborhood and we highly value making everyone feel welcome- the bartenders on duty are how we do this best, so if you're into the neighborhood bar scene we want you to apply! Our awesome staff is like a family, and also makes good money.
We are looking for someone who wants to work hard and make the money and also values the good customer service / neighborhood bar philosophy.
We stay open to 2 : 30am so ability to do night work is also a requirement. These are often 8-9 hour shifts and we are hiring for a mix of day (11-7) and night (7-close).

At Binks our bartenders do a little bit of everything, and often all at once- bartending, serving, COOKING (mostly pizza), cleaning, stocking, crowd control.
It's a big job. We are looking for a good multi-tasker, someone who is comfortable doing prep, and someone who can be friendly & energetic when engaging with the crowd while they are multitasking.

At Binks you will mix up some craft cocktails and also serve a large amount of shot-and-a-beer type orders. We have a large outdoor seating area, a fantastic staff, and a great group of regulars!
We also offer a 401K with a 2% match after 3 months employment with us, sick pay, and PTO / vacation pay after 1 year.
