Bill Howe is currently hiring a Construction Material Delivery Driver . The position of Delivery Driver is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of product for technicians while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

The Delivery Driver also assists with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1 Year experience as a Delivery Driver
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Construction experience or knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Take direction from warehouse manager on a daily basis and review them thoroughly.
  • Delivery of goods.
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vans.
  • Ensure that correct quantity has been received by comparing received goods with information on invoices.
  • Identify any damaged or missing goods and record pertinent information.
  • Move received goods to appropriate storage areas.
  • Make sure all goods are labeled properly using appropriate lot and item numbers.
  • Allocate storage space for items based on their types and sizes.
  • Ensure that all information of picked goods are recorded in computer.
  • Process and package orders for technicians.
  • Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on cycle count sheet
  • Clean and maintain parking lot security and cleanliness.
  • Ensure quality control of goods coming in and going out of warehouse.

Physical Requirements

  • While performing duties of the job the employee may work aloft, climb, bend, pull, reach overhead, stand / walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.

Environmental Conditions

May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness.

Dispatcher

Bill Howe Restoration & Flood is currently hiring for a Dispatcher.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls as they are received.
  • Dispatch service technicians.
  • Coordinate schedules with technicians, project managers, service managers, etc.
  • Maintain dispatch board / technicians schedule.
  • Contact customers with any communication necessary.
  • Schedule subcontractors for testing, abatement, etc.
  • Prepare paperwork by collecting day-sheets and sorting by day and technician.
  • Match day-sheets and work orders to technicians' schedule / run credit cards as needed from paperwork.
  • Calculate reporting information for arrival times.
  • Write estimates, get manager approval, and email estimates.
  • Follow up on all estimates.
  • Follow up with customer for scheduling "go with estimates."
  • Answer phones if call volume exceeds customer service capacity.
  • Handle changes in policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years dispatching experience required
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Bilingual preferred
