We are hiring a English Speakers Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Manufacturing processes and that feel comfortable in warehouse enviroments.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 8 : 00am - 6 : 00pm, some saturdays when required.
Responsibilities :
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Answering hundreds of calls daily.
Requirements :
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Strong Microsoft Outlook experience, sending hundreds of emails
Excellent english communication and presentation skills
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Job Description and duties may include but not limited to
- Assistant oversees the whole warehouse together with warehouse supervisor, but essentially, we need to improve work efficiency and precision through establishing or modifying workflows.
- Assistant main duties are to see sites where we find issues or have room to improve, determine the cause, collect data or facts and report to the warehouse supervisor to establish solutions, countermeasures, and procedures.
- Assistant would need to involve other warehouse workers and other departments such as Customer Service (CSD) and Import Department to create countermeasures and procedures.
- Assistant will control the sales order to ship out inside warehouse and decide sub 1 distribution of other warehouse workers upon work volume in each section.
Skills and Competencies
- Experience as group head leader, assistant of supervisor, or equivalent. (Even if not at a warehouse).
- Experience suggesting ideas, creating solutions, and improving results.
- Microsoft offices Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) / Power Point (presentations) / Word
- Data extraction and analysis to establish or modify workflows.
Great if previous knowledge of our software and operating systems
