About this role
A leading architecture and design firm is seeking an Architect, Project Manager or Project Architect to join their Aviation studio! This individual will work as part of a team on a variety of challenging full life-cycle aviation projects, delivering packages and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities :
- Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
- Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
- Manage contract administration responsibilities
- Coordinate with a variety of consultants
- Provide leadership to staff
- Manage client relations
Skills and experience :
- A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch / M. Arch)
- 4-10 years of post-graduate experience.
- Experience with large-scale projects is a must.
- Aviation and / or transportation project experience is a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
- Ability to present confidently.
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is a big plus.
- Experience with other 3D software preferred
- Current architectural registration required (or in the process of getting it)

Senior Architect - Hospitality Projects
About this role
As a Senior Architect, you will be supporting the Senior Staff in the design and documentation of projects and working with team members on small to large scale hospitality projects.
You will be mentoring junior staff and engaging in further knowledge transfer of design principles, processes, building codes, and methods of construction.
Potential candidates must have strong hands-on technical skills with an eye towards design, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to support projects working both individually and in teams.
Key Responsibilities : Work independently to contribute to the full range of architectural services on small to medium sized projects or to oversee smaller portions of large projects as part of a design team.
Lead the refinement, coordination and further develop design concepts. Contribute to the planning and design concepts for complex projects.
Oversee coordination of design work of junior staff to ensure integration and cohesion within the design team.Provide oversight and mentorship to junior staff.
Find technical solutions to deliver the design through documentation and detailing while preserving design intent.Prepare, develop, edit, and coordinate specifications with drawings to meeting project requirements.
Skills and Experience : Proficiency with Revit and AutoCADA professional degree in Architecture (BArch / March)5+ Years of professional experienceAbility to think conceptually.
Possesses leadership experience.Previous work experience in high-end residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects is preferred.
Marketing Director
About this role
The Marketing Director will work in collaboration with office leadership to develop marketing strategy, participate in business development planning and coordinate PR efforts, with an eye on competitor trends and services, with full oversight for the marketing department, budget, proposals, resources and supervision of marketing support staff.
This individual has a passion for design and the hospitality industry. As a strategic partner, this individual will develop winning strategies to secure key clients;
provide and maintain a national / global outreach and continuous support on the growth strategy of the studio.
