Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience. Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Ability to travel in an assigned territory daily as well as limited overnight travel. Entry level Territory Sales Reps can expect a minimum annualized compensation plan of $50k / year + monthly allowance.

The Warehouse Manager will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team, and provide impeccable customer service to our clients.

Provide the appropriate follow-through on achievement and build in the appropriate accountabilities into the process. Manage productivity, accuracy and performance using relevant statistics.

Effectively react to business conditions by prioritizing the work performed by warehouse associates. Oversee all training on equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, void fill machine, etc.

and assure appropriate associates are trained and training is documented. Maintain open communications within department and utilize, recommend, and / or approve constructive / progressive discipline as appropriate.

Hold weekly meeting with employees to provide feedback and share company information. Develop new techniques and procedures to enable warehouse to operate more efficiently.

Keeps job descriptions up to date. Work closely with purchasing to acquire packing materials and assure merchandise is stored and shipped under the proper conditions and routed correctly Negotiate with vendors to insure "best price" on products utilized in operations and seek new, improved materials to maximize efficiency.

Manages an area Quality program to assure continuous reductions in errors which can result in unhappy customers. Interact with carriers (RPS, UPS, Comet, etc.

to reconcile bills, assist in negotiating contracts, settle disputes and assure proper delivery, etc. Ensure that orders are shipped out in a timely manner.

• Oversees all hazardous materials training and insures appropriate associates are properly trained and training is documented.
• Assures all OSHA regulations are met or exceeded along with CFR and VAWD regulations. Ensure all OSHA and safety policies are enforced;

monitor of temperature and humidity and functioning as intended. Assure all HAZMAT shipments are properly classified and packed according to IATA and CFR guidelines.

Effectively promote growth of supervisor's management ability and overall knowledge through mentoring and continuing professional training.

Do YOU Meet These Requirements? Bachelors degree in Business Management or Logistics or equivalent education / experience Five plus years prior management experience in managing a warehouse / distribution facility Proven track record of successfully managing people to work as a team with a focus on Quality, productivity and attaining optimal levels of customer satisfaction Prior experience managing by objectives, goals and building in accountability to assure tasks are completed as required Prior pick / pack experience in a fast-paced environment with inventory control knowledge with good communication skills Prior experience with budget development HAZMAT training;

in-depth knowledge of MS Office software and WMS operation. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations which include : Monitor receiving volumes, Dock to Stock and replenishments Responsible for troubleshooting and facilitating orders and receipts throughout the distribution center Perform HAZMAT Manifest review Reviews special order processes Work Orders, Opening Orders, Institutions, etc.

Collaborate with other distribution centers and Benco departments as needed to resolve issues and maintain consistent operations Responsible for the creation of, and maintenance of required reports, used by warehouse / operations team.

Responsible for associate coaching / training - documentation, constructive / progressive discipline practice, performance review process, associate meetings and touch-points Assist with implementation / maintenance of associate incentive program Moves associates as needed to accommodate the workflow and ensure maximum order fulfillment.

Ensure that all orders received by 5 : 00 ship that business day, excluding system or B / O issues Assist with the implementation and follow-up of any Quality / LEAN / Continuous Improvement process improvements Ensure Safety / OSHA / DOL / HAZMAT Compliance Assist distribution center management in achieving all goals by proactively offering ideas and suggestions for improvements Maintain Training Matrix and documentation to ensure that SOP’s are outlined and followed Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent education / experience. Past supervisory experience preferred.
