Shuttle Driver
Summary : To provide efficient and courteous assistance to guests by providing shuttle trips to and from any location on the resort, according to Big Cedar Lodge standard operating procedures, to maximize guest satisfaction and room revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
1. Do pre-trip checklist daily.
2. Read Pre-shift Report daily.
3. Greet guests with shuttle needs in a courteous and prompt manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness of shuttle at all times.
5. Check that the shuttle van has a full tank of gas at the beginning of the shift and within the last four hours of the shift be sure to refill the tank.
6. Log the shuttle in or out when used.
7. Acquire a working knowledge of the Resort, in-House facilities and local information to respond to guest questions as required.
8. Perform authorized messenger duty for the Resort and guests as required.
9. Assist guests with luggage when needed including but not limited to room swaps.
10. Deliver early morning newspapers.
11. Report damage to vehicle, regardless of how minor to Loss Prevention.
12. Report any accidents immediately to Loss Prevention and your manager.
13. Assist arriving and departing guests as needed.
14. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and / or Experience :
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills :
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Missouri class E or Arkansas class D with a P endorsement driver's license and a safe driving record is required. At a minimum for large shuttles and busses.
Must have a Class C with P endorsement and a safe driving record.
Computer Skills : Basic knowledge and abilities.

Yard attendant
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Yard Attendant maintains a neat, clean and orderly yard / storage lot, as well as boat, trailer, motor and ATV displays to ensure timely retrieval of those products when needed;
transport units as requested to designated locations within the department or dealership or stage unit for shipment to outlying location.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
Operate a fork lift or tractor to unload all incoming boats, motors, trailers and ATVs, then transport units to designated placement area within department or dealership, i.
e., Storage Lot, outside display, Showroom Floor or customer delivery area.
Confirm packing list or invoice of all boat loads or other product deliveries.
Arrange for transport and staging of boats to service, rigging and detail by moving units from one location to another as necessary.
Load and stage for pick-up all outgoing units in designated areas of storage lot.
Check rigged units to ensure paperwork is correct, serial #’s have been verified, accessories have been properly installed and designated engines have been rigged to the correct boat.
Assist in washing and vacuuming of all units as needed.
Assist with monthly and annual physical unit inventories.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
High School education or equivalent
Valid driver’s license

Bartender
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Bartender ensures customer and server drink orders are prepared in a timely manner according to established guidelines while maintaining bar cleanliness standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Supports a strong commitment to world class guest service and ensures a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience for restaurant patrons.
Functions as location’s expert on bar systems, recipes, procedures and knowledge of liquor, wine and beer served.
Completes all training requirements.
Greets bar guests promptly.
Uses suggestive selling techniques.
Records beverage order, enters order into computer system, prepares drink in accordance to established guidelines and delivers drink to guest.
Monitors guest’s drinks to anticipate re-order requests.
Collects monies owed and performs guest check accountability procedures; maintains a balanced Bar drawer; performs tip declaration activities.
Prepares and completes orders for Servers.
Washes bar service ware; sets up, cleans, stocks and maintains bar area and bar cooler.
Performs Server responsibilities as needed; handles To Go’ and Associate food orders.
Performs Inventory activities as scheduled.
Understands and executes procedures for verifying guest’s ability to legally purchase and consume alcohol and knows how to prevent a guest from over indulging.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma / GED preferred.
At least one year of experience working as a barista, bartender, and / or food preparation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Experience in and passion for consumer service
Willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
An attitude of flexibility and mindfulness about the team approach
Delivering quality beverages consistently and according to shop standards
Ability to handle all required tasks around handling cash register
Learn all menus and is able to communicate all food and beverage offerings
Clean and clear service areas
Perform correct POS transactions, closing duties and accounting procedures as required
Ability and desire to obey all local, state, and federal laws
Ability to memorize and become knowledgeable of menu items
