- Handles volume and stress with aplomb and finesse.
- Holds the standard of high-quality food above all else.
- Understands that simple, rustic, authentic food takes as much if not more talent as dainty colors pooled in the middle of a big with plate.
Qualifications / Skills :
- Shares the passion for food, wine and the guest experience.
- Ability to maintain a close relationship with the people that grow, forage, fish and fabricate our ingredients, making sure their standards are as high as ours.
Education / Experience :
- 1-3 years of experience

- Pass TIPs / ABC Alcohol test with a score of 70% or better.
- Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety.
- Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner.
- Work with others in order to keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards at all times.
Essential Physical Requirements :
- Walking and standing during scheduled shift
- Continuous : reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Must be able to remain stationary during long period of time.

Dishwasher
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc.
Further, it is essential that the dishwasher maintain the dishwashing station is maintained in a pristine and safe manner.
Major Responsibilities :
- Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. into a dishwasher.
- Ensure that the water in the dishwasher is taken out in an hourly basis to remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and brought to the dumpster
- Responsible for rolling / unrolling mats in order to clean floors
Essential Physical Requirements :
- This position requires the employee to : sit, climb, stoop, kneel
- The employee must tolerate long periods of being on their feet
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and / or move objects up to 25 pounds
Knowledge and Skills :
- Be able to multitask due to the high volume of the restaurant

Host
As a host / hostess your main responsibility is to greet our guests in a timely manner upon their arrival to our location.
Your goal is to welcome our guests to their dining experience in a warm and friendly manner. Further, you will be asked to seat, present menus to the guests in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a warm and friendly attitude.
Major Responsibilities :
- Greet and seat guests
- Present menus to guest
- Create and organize wait lists
- Manage floor plan
- Answer phone and answer any questions regarding the menu and restaurant
- Interact with guests as they leave the restaurant in order to ensure positive dining experience
Essential Physical Requirements :
- Standing during entire scheduled shift
- Reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
- Be able to carry up to 15 lbs.

- Must be able to read and write in order to create wait list and decipher wait time
