Field Marketing Manager
Function
As a Field Marketing manager Americas for the Meeting Experience (MX) business unit , you contribute to your market growth by building, implementing, measuring, and optimizing the marketing plan for your region.
You know like no other what your market requires and how to optimize the performance of spend to achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement specific marketing plan & budgets for your segment to ensure customer acquisition and retention. The local marketing plan should be in line with sales & growth objectives for your region and global marketing objectives.
Develop specific launch goals, plans and strategies.
Manage the regional market budget and assign budget to the different marketing tactics.
You cover the following marketing activities :
Events : events strategy, event communication and promotion, post-event evaluation. You are supported by a local event specialist for event logistics, services, and resources.
PR : together with the global communications lead and supported by a PR agency, you develop the local PR strategy and manage media relations.
Identify target audiences and key media outlets to effectively communicate our key messages and enhance brand visibility.
Paid media : you manage (plan, identify, evaluate) appropriate advertising channels and media outlets to reach the target audience effectively.
Digital marketing : you advise the digital marketing team with local insights to improve their digital campaigns (AdWords, social advertising, etc.)
Manage the end-to-end lead process, always seeking ways to improve the intake and conversion of the lead funnel by e.g., developing nurturing process to turn prospects into customers or to start up specific projects (e.
g., telemarketing actions).
Identify customers who are willing to participate in testimonials, case studies or references.
Together with our alliance partners, you develop joint marketing activities.
Become the subject matter expert for your market(s) : you understand the market & customer needs and feed these insights to headquarters to ensure the region’s future performance.
Align with and secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders, including sales and HQ Segment marketing. Report on campaign success and business contribution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably experience in IT or UCC industry that requires a complex B2B sales process utilizing distribution channels, system integrators and value-added resellers).
Familiar working in a matrix organization.
Strong business acumen; deep understanding of the market & customer base and market problems & problems customers face.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
In-depth understanding of key marketing metrics; analytical with the ability to gather data, synthesize the data and tell a story.
Solid strategic insights and strong action focus.
Sales-oriented, personable, and collaborative.
Pragmatic, energetic, self-starting leader and highly motivated achiever.
Analytical, process oriented.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiar with common CRM systems or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Warehouse Leader
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure the timely execution of all warehousing activities, include but not limited to inventory management, (return) shipment of spare parts / finished goods / demo units / repair units, paper document preparation, etc.

Logistics Buyer
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor purchasing requirement and analyze SAP demand VS actual / practical demand when necessary. Place PO on supplier and follow through until the PO is accurately & timely received at assigned destination.
- Work on PO revisions per production or sales order changes. Actively involved in supplier negotiation to ensure timely PO delivery to suit business needs.
- Proactively engage both internal & external suppliers by sharing material forecast to ensure necessary & timely stock replenishment at supplier site to fulfill Barco demand.
- Lead goods return process for repair & swap, align with the warehouse, I&E & logistics teams to complete whole workflow.
- SAP data maintenance as assigned.
- Track and report inventory status when needed.
- Be responsible for the availability of materials, tooling and test systems during NPI process.
- Continuously explore potential improvement area, such as cost saving, purchasing terms, working efficiency, etc
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Education :
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years purchasing experience.
Competencies :
- Strong sense of accountability, professionalism & business ethics. Can work under pressure.
- Good analysis, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Finance Trainee
Function
As a Finance Trainee you will be part of the EMEA accounting team that is led by the Finance Director EMEA.
Key responsibilities
- General Ledger accounting including accruals, provisions and various month-end closing corrections
- Day-to-day accounting activities including balance reconciliations, account clearings
- Acting as a back-up to your colleagues in both the GL and AP team
- Manage intercompany processes, such as intercompany accounts payable / account receivable reconciliations and issue of finance related intercompany recharge invoices;
- Assist in the preparation of the yearly annual accounts and financial statement disclosures
- Support in Accounts Payable accounting in terms of invoice processing, payment runs and cost centre / project allocations
- Ad-hoc support in the finance team & willing to collaborate with other finance teams such as consolidation, intercompany, tax and the controlling teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (and tax) or similar through experience
- A first experience in an accounting or audit firm are considered an asset, but no requirement.
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail, system-savvy and eager to learn & develop ERP skillset
- Independent and can-do mentality with the necessary sense of responsibility, but also a team player
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
