Knowledge & Skills :
o Basic mathematical skills for handling physical currency / returning proper amounts of change

Sous Chef
The Barcelona Wine Bar menu is focused on simple dishes where core ingredients shine, rustic presentations, and a lot of flavor packed into each small plate.
There are core signature dishes, tested classics similar to what you would find at a tapas bar in Spain.
The Sous Chef will be a leader of the BOH in the restaurant mentoring and motivating aspiring chefs and cooks as well as maintaining consistency and precision throughout the kitchen.

Dishwasher
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, etc.
It is essential that the dishwasher maintain that the dishwashing station is pristine, safe, and clear for optimal efficiency.
Major Responsibilities :
o Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. into a dishwasher.
o Ensure that the water in the dishwasher is taken out in an hourly basis to
o Remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and brought to the dumpster
o Responsible for rolling / unrolling mats in order to clean floors

o Ensure that all proper sanitation practices are enforced when taking care of the bar

The Executive Chef will be the leader of the BOH mentoring and motivating aspiring chefs as well as maintaining consistency and precision throughout the kitchen.
The Executive Chef will report to the Restaurant's General Manager.
