Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Print Marketing Manager to lead our catalog marketing efforts. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's catalog and direct mail marketing strategies, driving revenue and business growth, and overseeing the development and management of the company's catalog products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in catalog and direct mail marketing, strong leadership, and collaboration skills, and be passionate about driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
This full-time position reports to the Director of Marketing, BHUS and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes two days in-office.
What you’ll do :
Overall, a Print Marketing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that a company's product catalog is comprehensive, accurate, and easy to use, which in turn helps to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and management of the company's catalog products, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and customer needs
- Lead and manage a global team of print marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed across geos
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Business Management, and other teams to ensure that catalog marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives
- Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and tactics to promote catalog products, including email marketing, direct mail, online advertising, and other channels as appropriate
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts
- Develop and manage the catalog marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in catalog marketing, and provide thought leadership and guidance to the broader organization
- Lead our vendor relationships with the mills, printer, and distributor
You’ll be successful if :
- Have a strong understanding of the print production process and how to manage it efficiently.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality in all printed materials.
- Possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and printing technologies to produce innovative and visually appealing catalogs.
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Have a good understanding of marketing and advertising principles to create effective print campaigns.
- Be proficient in project management tools and software to track progress and manage budgets effectively.
- Be able to analyze data and insights to improve the performance of printed materials and make data-driven decisions
What you bring to the table :
- 7+ years of experience in catalog marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective catalog marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively and efficiently
- Strong knowledge of catalog marketing best practices and emerging trends
- A team player and collaborator approach

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand development, commercial event planning, and marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand strategy, consumer insights, and marketing execution. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand-building plans that drive growth, profitability, and brand equity.
You will also lead commercial events with cross-functional partners from conception to completion, including brief writing, planning, budgeting, execution, and post-event analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events, exceptional project management skills, negotiating, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing, BHUS. This is a full-time position. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes two days in-office.
What you’ll do :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for commercial events that align with company goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to inform brand strategy and positioning
- Create briefs and manage brand marketing plans, including marketing, promotions, and events
- Execute brand building strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and on-site management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, Business Management, Finance, and eCommerce, to ensure events align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including venues, vendors, and industry associations
- Manage the event budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain event timelines, project plans, and checklists to ensure deadlines are met
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and career development across geographies
- Oversee our content team and O&O social channels
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
What you bring to the table :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in brand management and commercial event planning, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets and external partners
- Passion for brands and consumer behavior, with a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and trends
