Responsibilities :

  • Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term career assignments within the educational and school services industry
  • Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
  • Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a temporary healthcare career move
  • Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals
  • Build and maintain unique relationships with travel healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation : Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $60,000 starting annually, plus commissions.

Commission plan allows for high total earning potential.

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager performs financial analysis and modeling with varying levels of complexity for various business units.

May directly partner with business units to design and develop costing / profitability models and reports. May directly provide specialized financial consulting and analytical support, identifying key emerging financial trends, measurement of key performance metrics and success factors, capital budget and key initiative evaluation and planning, cost analyses and customized reporting.

Provide a full spectrum of complex financial analyses including non-routine financial and economic risk analyses. Develop, maintain, and explain financial analysis results and models.

Apply critical thinking to rationalize and explain the analysis results. Develop new and better analytics approaches to solve questions in a creative way.

This position will also be responsible for supporting risk management activities. Analytics is critical for a data driven Risk function.

This position will define critical metrics, identify the landscape of the entire risk function, find opportunities for improvement, work with insurance providers to craft scalable solutions, and monitor their performance.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to tell stories with data, communicate effectively and instill confidence in recommendations to motivate stakeholder action.

  • Develop analysis and scenario modeling to derive key insights and actions.
  • Monitor and communicate trends, assess implications and develop actionable strategies.
  • Recommend, implement and report on benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance.
  • Responsible for business analytics, data mining, report design, report development, and data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Ensure all reconciliations, reporting, and analysis is carried out in an effective, timely and accurate manner
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Support strategic business decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and develop assumptions where needed to drive business insights.
  • Build, validate and publish analytics reports and dashboards for the business
  • Perform complex and varied analyses to enable sound decision-making around near-term and long-term business goals and objectives
  • Understand complex financial systems, data and processes to provide support to end users and decision makers in the organization.
  • Support forecasting and reporting of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows.
  • Provide review, reconciliation and analysis of income and expenses.
  • Treasury analytics and cash forecasting.
  • Monitor and report on credit risks across the portfolio.
  • Self-motivated to identify, research, and address opportunities and risks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Risk ecosystem
  • Structure complex, ambiguous business questions and utilize analytical skills to synthesize actionable insights to the benefit of leaders in the organization.
  • Discover new opportunities to grow and optimize the business through analytics, financial modeling, and business case development.
  • Design, plan, and execute methodologies to measure successes of business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other analysts / data scientists and help guide strategy based on learning from other analyses / projects across the organization.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, along with four or more years of experience in financial analysis related role(s) is preferred. MBA preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in SaaS and technology a plus.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to work with large sets of data.
  • Advanced (expert level) skills in MS Excel (including Macros, VBA, and complex formulas)
  • Power BI skills preferred
  • Fluency with analyzing and interpreting financial statements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently with the self-motivation to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to manage communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to research issues and identify solutions to complex problems.

  • Technology is constantly changing, so we need quick and innovative individuals to partner with the technology team. Using data from the applications and third-party resources, they will suggest data-driven strategies that will drive technology developments and tuning.
  • Assist in the ETL processes to load data from independent third parties to help refine decision-making models and predictions.
  • Be a resource for what other data sources should be added to the data lake and how that information will help the technology team get bigger, faster and better.
  • Provide data visualizations that will show them how the applications are being used and provide strategies for increasing use and functionality.
  • Using PowerBI, develop reports, visualizations, and custom extracts for the technology team to monitor the effectiveness of the strategies provided.
  • Understand database relationships and interconnections among data sources.
  • Develop work plans, timelines and manage workflows to meet timeframes.
  • Explore the data and discover patterns, meaningful relationships, anomalies and trends.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python or R required.
  • Azure Data Factory experience is required
  • Advanced PowerBI experience, or similar data visualization tool.
  • Experience managing large projects.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with data administration, design, and architecture.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts, thought leadership and the business value of solutions in a clear and understandable way.
