Currently, Austin Staffing is hiring entry-level call center representatives for a Texas Banking establishment. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to bank members via inbound phone calls.

Additional Job Details :
- Educate members on the bank's products and services.
- Process basic financial transactions : transfers, check orders, loan payments.
- Relay accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
