Compensation :
$83,000 - $101,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Being familiar with and developing the firm’s philosophy & messaging
- Development & oversight of the execution of annual marketing plans
- Pursuit of KPI standards for marketing activities & results
- Maintaining contact relationship management software and data
- Driving the firm’s one-on-one networking and community networking events
- Building & managing vendors, executing a top-of-mind awareness (TOMA) program (i.e. newsletter, email, and birthday messages)
- Supporting on occasion the firm’s client recruitment
Qualifications :
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and transcription software
- Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure

We are an enterprising family law firm on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced marketing assistant to join our team and work directly with the owners and attorneys to recruit the very best clients.
We want to be known for helping our clients thrive in a new future by virtue of a fair outcome to their divorces. We overcome the problem of spouses with contrary aims, alleviating what makes clients anxious, stressed, fearful, and frustrated.
We believe that clients deserve what is truly fair for their children and them. We are growing fast, and we need a marketing assistant who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities :
- Being familiar with and developing the firm’s philosophy & messaging
- Development & mid-year tweaking of annual marketing plans
- Developed database of marketing activities & results data
- Maintaining contact relationship management software and data
- Coordination of one-on-one networking events
- Coordination of the firm’s attendance at community networking events
- Building and managing a top-of-mind awareness (TOMA) program (i.e. newsletter, email, and birthday messages)
- Plan and manage parties, seminars, speaking engagements, and other group events
- Oversight of the cultivation of gratitude amongst former clients for the firm’s service & experience
- Supporting on occasion the firm’s client recruitment & onboarding
Qualifications :
- Comfortable & Capable of Excellent Remote Work
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Word, Outlook, and transcription software
- Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys and staff while under pressure
