RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Completely clean and maintain hotel guest rooms and public areas within the hotel, including but not limited to :
a. properly make beds
b. clean bathrooms
c. replenish all paper items
d. replace soiled linens with clean linens
e. clean glass and mirrors, dust and polish furniture and equipment
f. replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies and bathroom supplies
g. replace burned out light bulbs
h. empty wastebaskets and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
i. clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, using a vacuum cleaner
2. Operate, stock and maintain room attendant cart to carry linens, towels, toiletry items and cleaning supplies
3. Perform deep cleaning as instructed by supervisor
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
5. Uphold departmental standards of quality / timing
6. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, report damage, theft and found articles to supervisor
7. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, report equipment problems and maintenance issues, accidents, injuries and safety hazards, or unsafe work conditions to supervisor
8. Performs any other job-elated duties as assigned.

Purpose
The primary purpose of the Restaurant Server is to provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience.
Work Performed :
TheRestaurantServerwill be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments :
- Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or specialservices;
- Ensure prompt and courteous service toguests;
- Answer telephone calls and process phoneorders;
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus, answering dining related questions, and suggest food and beverageitems;
- Take food and beverage orders, relay orders to kitchen,and serve food toguests;
- Coordinate amenity delivery request in connection with the kitchendepartment;
- Monitors tables in assigned section ensuring allguestsareserved;
- Address guestcomplaints;
- Collect and process guestpayments;
- Totals receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cashregister;
- Ensures tips are reported properly for taxprocessing;
- Clear dirty table settings and prepare table forresetting;
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen andcondiments;
- Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness andcleanliness;
- Assist service staff as necessary to service guests in a timelymanner;
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and
Any and allother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications :
Preferred Prior Experience :
Six(6)months of previous customer service, restaurantand / or cashier experience
Preferred Education :
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses / Certification :
Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.
Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment
Preferred Technology :
Previous experience with Micros operating system
Physical :
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Ableto bend and squat repeatedly
Able to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
Other :
Flexible to work day, early morning, evening, weekend and holidayshifts

Purpose
The primary purpose of the Bartender is to provide guests with an excellent food and beverage experience.
Work Performed :
TheBartender will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments :
- Provideexceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously servingguests;
- Dispensealcoholic beverages and control service to ensure accordance with liquor laws and company policies andregulations;
- Ensurecleanlinessand sanitationof thebar;
- Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking,etc.;
- Ensureall alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closingtime;
- Completeopening and closingduties;
AdheretoHealth Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation so that guests and employees will not be in risk of cross-contamination.
Keep compartment sink, side boards, and refrigerators(and its contents)clean and sanitizedbydatingand rotatingfood on a dailybasis;
