Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Planning :
Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and objectives in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and competitive landscape.
Assist in setting sales quotas, targets, and territories based on market trends and company objectives.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans.
Sales Process Optimization :
Analyze and optimize the end-to-end sales process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales cycle and implement solutions to streamline operations.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and document best practices, sales methodologies, and standardized processes.
Implement sales automation tools and technologies to improve sales productivity and data accuracy.
Sales Reporting and Analytics :
Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth.
Generate regular sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to optimize sales strategies, territories, and resource allocation.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to align sales initiatives with company-wide goals and objectives.
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and sales incentive programs.
Partner with Marketing to drive lead generation efforts, optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates, and track marketing ROI.
Provide training and support to sales teams on sales processes, tools, and systems.
Sales Enablement :
Collaborate with Sales Training and Enablement teams to develop and deliver sales training programs and materials.
Ensure sales teams have access to the necessary tools, resources, and training to maximize their productivity and effectiveness.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g.,Hubspot) and sales analytics tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Prior experience in the technology / software / vaping industry is preferred.

Job Title : Compliance Manager
Job Summary : The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
They will work closely with other team members to develop and implement company policies and procedures, conduct internal audits and investigations, and provide training and support to company employees.
Responsibilities :
Work closely with the VP of Legal Affairs to develop and deploy the company's compliance program.
Conduct regular compliance audits to identify potential areas of risk and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of compliance-related issues, including incidents of non-compliance or unethical behavior.
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related topics, including anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and data privacy.
Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the company stays ahead of compliance issues.
Collaborate with other departments, including legal, human resources, and finance, to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Help prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures as required by law.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; Juris Doctor preferred but not required.
3-5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements, including anti-corruption laws, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to assess and manage risk.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
