You Will :

  • Work primarily on digital files to create print and digital ads
  • Finalize digital files for publication
  • Create graphics, visual text, and imagery concepts that communicate ideas
  • Push expressive boundaries while working within existing brand standards
  • Work with team members to deliver on-brand messages

You Have :

  • 4+ years of professional brand / retail graphic design experience
  • Experience in designing print and digital ads for websites and magazines
  • Full knowledge of pre-press and pre-flight procedures when finalizing digital files for publication
  • FULL PROFICIENCY of the complete Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • The ability to work with teams as well as independently

Copywriter

You Will :

  • Develop and write compelling, clear, and concise communications for organizational change initiatives, including emails, memos, intranet content, training materials, and other collateral
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and communicate the goals, benefits, and impact of organizational change initiatives to various audiences
  • Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Ensure that all messaging is on-brand and aligned with the company's strategic objectives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and organizational change.

You Have :

  • 2-5 years in communications or as a corporate copywriter (not looking for Marketing or PR)
  • Experience in Insurance, Information Technology or Operations is preferred (in that order) - All three in one is a Trifecta!
  • Some experience with organizational change or transformation, including automation, is also preferred experience working in partnership with OCM resources (internal and / or external)
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and take initiative
  • Understanding of organizational change management principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
