Own and execute cross-functional special projects, reporting key updates to Leadership stakeholders

Anticipate needs and proactively address developing issues

Work independently to perform diversified, complex and confidential duties

Screen calls and take detailed messages; provide information or redirect as appropriate

Receive and direct visitors; provide attentive support when hosting important business guests

Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries (including international), expense reports and coordinates related arrangements, including screening requests for meetings / appointments

Plan conferences / events and coordinate stakeholder attendance, logistics, and agendas

Draft and review internal communications

Create executive summaries and other preparatory material for internal and external meetings, ensuring the President is fully prepared

Work with Marketing team to build Arrow and the President’s brand in social media, written communications, and presentations

What We Are Looking For :

A minimum of 5 years prior work experience as a technical assistant / executive assistant

Prior success in assistant / project management / coordination role working closely with global executives

Previous experience working within the technology sector is preferred

A minimum of 3-5 years prior work experience in a global capacity

Goal oriented with strong ownership mentality and time management skills

Agile thinker with ability to see the big picture and outline / sequence details to achieve goals

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Analytical thinker with strong quantitative skills and desire for continuous learning

Ability to create, review and edit material on behalf of the President, with limited oversight

Proven Power Point proficiency including the ability to create detailed and compelling presentations used for executive-level sessions

Summary :

The Investor Relations Manager will assist the VP of Investor Relations with the preparation of earnings and board related materials as well as support interactions with the investment community.

This person will also be a key contributor to the development of the investor relations strategy. What You Will Be Doing :

Assist with the planning and coordination of quarterly earnings calls with financial analysts and investors, including development of key investor messaging, earnings scripts, power point presentations, press releases and data / information that will be publicly disclosed

Research and prepare materials and agendas in preparation for investor meetings and road shows

Participate in the development and maintenance of the Company’s investor relations calendar, coordinate, and potentially attend investor meetings, site visits, analyst days, presentations, and / or non-deal roadshows.

Maintain record of meetings and events

Work closely with the SEC accounting team, corporate communications and marketing teams, particularly on the announcement of material news items

Manage the content of the Company’s Investor Relations website and work with corporate communications team to ensure accurate social media presence.

Develop sell-side consensus by reviewing financial models prepared by sell-side analysts, comparing to the company’s internal forecasts and communicating to the internal team for review

Independently prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis, e.g. competitive analysis, and valuation comparisons

What We Are Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6 to 10 years of experience

In-house investor relations experience preferred, or time spent in roles related to equity research, FP&A, investment banking, or similar areas, preferably in the in the high-tech sector

Expertise in advanced Excel financial modeling skills as well as PowerPoint & Word

Existing investment knowledge or a strong interest in learning more about equity markets, investor sentiment / expectations, and other factors that can influence stock prices
