Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring high safety measures while working such as donning protective gear for the face and body
Regularly and consistently demonstrate skill in the areas of MIG, Flux and Tig welding
Welding various metals together.
Fit, tack and weld.
Being aware of the different methods of welding
Examining the equipment after welding and advising maintenance of defects
Planning and set up of welding operations before beginning.
Must know weld symbols.
Laying out, cutting, fitting, measuring, and welding metals to create the desired shape or object.
Demonstrate teamwork by working well with others and responding positively to constructive feedback.
Receptionist
8 : 45-5PM M-F (Onsite)
MRC Office and client support, including answering telephone, greeting clients, letter writing, and other office tasks as assigned.
End date is subject to change based on hiring of FT staff
Opens new referrals in MRCIS assigned to caseload. May be responsible for sending out initial referral packet. (Referral process my change after July) Send Initial Wait list letters to new referrals.
May be responsible for updating excel data sheets. Must have 1-2 years of experience with Excel. May administratively close cases in MRCIS.
Transfers cases to assigned counselors on release dates. Takes calls when client is interested in services and forwards case to appropriate person at MRC.

May be asked to participate in Area Office staff meetings conducted by Area Director (Administrator V).
Provides clerical support to counselors, answers telephones and greets clients.
Process case closures, checks for closure dates on MRCIS, records closures on worksheets for monthly reporting, organizes case files and makes of closure folder and files case closures into closed case file cabinets.
Assembler
Responsibilities
Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.
Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
Ensure ability to : read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Create labor records for all transactions.
Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications
High pressure hydrostatic testing of valves
Use of torque machines
Understanding of CAM-P and premium threads
Knowledge of high-pressure fittings
