Let’s change the world! The Senior Marketing Manager, Inline Brands is a critical role in the Global Oncology Commercial Organization and has an important impact in providing commercial leadership and shaping the short and long-term success of the team through process innovation.

Success in this critical role will result in substantial professional growth and advancement at AmgenThe Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering with global and local cross-functional stakeholders to successfully plan, prepare and launch key initiatives for XGEVA, Kyprolis and / or BLINCYTO (leukemia, lymphoma).

This individual will work closely with advertising agency partners, CD&A, and market leads from US, ELMAC and JAPAC regions to advance launch plans.

In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager will support other global marketing related activities as needed.This role will report to the Executive Director, Global Oncology Marketing, Growth-Mature Products and presents a breadth of challenging and exciting responsibilities, as set forth below!Key responsibilities include : Lead integrated, cross-functional launch planning with global and local market partners, including marketing, medical affairs, clinical development, value & access, operations, regulatory, and CD&ADevelop launch strategies based on market needs and competitive landscapeFormulate and manage launch plans using Global-to-Local modelWork with market research partners to close knowledge gaps and generate new insightsWork with agency partners to develop, test, and finalize compelling storytelling with messages and data that motivate behavior changePartner with lead markets to align launch plans and create materials with global messagingWinWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

The marketing professional we seek is a candidate with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications : Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organizationOrMaster’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organizationOrBachelor’s degree and 6 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organizationOrAssociate’s Degree and 10 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organizationOrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and / or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing / Sales commercial organizationPreferred Qualifications : Experience partnering with advertising agencies to develop compelling promotional messages and pull-through tactics for brand campaignsExperience developing and implementing innovative global marketing strategies for pipeline productsPrior experience in a tactical, in-line marketing role, implementing marketing strategies in local marketsHas worked in diverse commercial roles supporting different products in various stages of the lifecycle, with a diverse set of customers in challenging and competitive marketsExperience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, managing projects involving multiple functions and shared accountabilitiesExperience in oncology or hematology.
