Job Description
Are you an experienced Tactical Data Link Analyst with demonstrated experience with multi-domain counterfire teams? Then we have an opportunity for you to support the Automated Tactical Targeting and Counterfire Killl-Web Systems (ATTACKS) Quick Reaction Test (QRT).
The ATTACKS QRT team will test and validate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) for tactical operators within the United States Forces Korea (USFK) Counter-Fire Task Force Air Component Command to employ and disseminate counterfire information via the automation provided by ATTACKS to prosecute Long-Range Artillery (LRA) threats efficiently, at scale, and within their vulnerability window during large-scale combat operations.
As a Tactical Data Link Analyst you will :
- Develop, test, and evaluate tactical data link (TDL) TTP to effectively interoperate in support of USFK counterfire mission.
- Interface with Eighth Army, 607th Air Support Operations Group (ASOG), 25TH Fighter Squadron and 210th Field Artillery Brigade for test coordination.

A week in the life of a Tactical Data Link Analyst :
- Generate and execute a test plan to demonstrate TTP using a multi-domain counterfire team, including airborne shooters and surface counterfire platform with the Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System connected to ATTACKS.
- Conduct report development, and coordinate project reviews with Service, interagency, and combatant command entities as necessary.
- Support project Team Lead and Technical Director in execution of assessment requirements.
- Support development and evaluation of test plans and event execution documents.
- Support the team in assessment design, the establishment of measures of performance and evaluation, and subordinate test requirements to ensure proper and successful data collection and analysis.
- Offer risk reduction strategies, risk mitigation plans, and fully document existing processes, project enhancements, and test results.

Job Requirements
- 10 years of technical and operational experience with any of the following TDL systems : Automated Tactical Targeting and Counterfire Kill-Web System (ATTACKS);
- Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS); Situational Awareness Data Link (SADL); Link-16 Tactical Data Link / J-Series messages;
Tactical Radio Application Extension (TRAX) software; ATAK / WinTak applications; AN / TPQ-53 radar's variable message format (VMF) K-series targeting data messages
- Operational experience in the Korean Theater of Operations (USFK) with any of : 8TH Army, 607TH Air Support Operations Group (ASOG), 25TH Fighter Squadron, 7TH Air Force, 210TH Field Artillery Brigade (FAB), USAF Tactical Air Control Party (TACP)
- SECRET clearance
- Knowledge of Long-Range Artillery (LRA) threat on the Korean peninsula
- Familiarity with Joint Air Ground Integration Center (JAGIC)
- Familiarity with Combined Air Component Commander Wartime Baseline Special Instructions and with Combined Forces Command Publication 3-1-1, Combined Joint Fires
- Knowledge of test planning, data collection, and analysis at the operational and tactical levels.

Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree (OR / STEM) and minimum of 3-5 years of ORSA or similar experience.
- Knowledge and experience in test planning and design, execution, and evaluation in the DoD operational testing and evaluation environment.
Experience in Design of Experiments and data collection.
- Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric statistics, data reduction, data decomposition, data analysis techniques, development of measures of performance and evaluation, confidence intervals, computer analysis tools, and survey test and evaluation methods.
- TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior Joint Test and Evaluation experience (highly desired)
- Graduate of the ORSA MAC course (highly desired)
- An Operations Research / Mathematics / Statistical Analysis degree
- Experience developing training or reference graphic products a plus
- Adept knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products and other statistical tools; particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Joint Concept for Operating in the Information Environment (JCOIE).
- Familiarity with Information Operations and Information Maneuvers.

As a F-22A Contractor Instructor Pilot / Site Lead, you will :

A week in the life of F-22A Contractor Instructor Pilot / Site Lead :
- Coordinates with PACAF as required to resolve local issues.
- Will act as the Deputy Program Director for overall PACAF SIP contract execution.
- Instruct pilot upgrade training and academic support simulator training.
- Maintain daily utilization logs and provide status on each pilot member’s simulator mission and academic training completion to the local training officer unit representatives.
- Operate the Mission Training Center (MTC) as needed to accomplish all contract requirements.
- Performs administrative duties such as quality assurance, and oversee scheduling, record keeping, monitoring student progress, safety, security, and maintenance of training programs and equipment.
- Must meet minimum AFI 11-2F MDS specific requirements, be able to use current tactics and employment standards, and be physically qualified to fly the simulator as Flight Member.

Job Requirements
Current operational flight experience within the last 8 years, unless currently performing similar aircrew instruction duties.
Previous fighter experience in AV-8, A-10, F-15, F-16, F / A-18, F-22A, F-35 or compatible aircraft as an instructor ( K prefix).
- DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to gain SAP eligibility
- Ability to perform AF Form 8 Certified Instructor duties in MTC weapon system using current tactics and employment standards.
- Ability to fly the simulator in the capacity of a 2 or 4-ship flight lead using current tactics and employment standards
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
