We are currently hiring a Per Diem Registered Nurse to care for residents in the following area, as needed :
San Fernando Valley

What you will do :
As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will plan and deliver nursing care to terminally ill patients in accordance with current company, federal, state and local standard, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained, at all times.
You will be providing assistance and understanding to the family in a home care situation.
Must haves :
- Nursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program
- Unencumbered license to practice as an RN
- Proficiency with electronic medical equipment
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing / medical practices and procedures, and / or terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- At least one year of experience in a home health or hospice setting
Would be great :
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Experience in a Hospice environment
- Experience with PointClickCare

As required by state or local law, American Homecare Home Health provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that American Homecare Home Health reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below :
