Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Cook is responsible for bringing flavor to life using set menu specifications to delight our guests. Cooks are excellent multi-taskers and have experience moving around the kitchen while following instructions to create delicious meals.
The ideal candidate has previous experience working as a cook in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Season and prepare food items in accordance to customers’ specifications and preset recipes
- Setup plating line and assist with plating duties
- Arrange prepared food items in an aesthetic manner
- Manage portions of food items and garnishes
- Regulate temperature of broilers, grills, and roasters
- Wash, cut and peel meats and vegetables before preparing them for cooking
- Taste and evaluate food items before serving
- Rotate and label food items ensure freshness and maintain quality standards
- Discard expired or near expiry food items
- Clean and sanitizes grilling and broiling equipment after use
- Cook food items to standard temperatures before serving
- Prepare all food products according to prescribed methods
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the venue
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Purpose
The Servers play an integral role in ensuring members and guests have an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is attentive, welcoming, has a sense of urgency, and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat members and guests
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately input into the point-of-sale system
- Recommend menu items
- Communicate food allergies or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
- Ensure orders are filled quickly, accurately, and meet quality standards
- Provide attentive service by refilling drinks as needed and checking on the needs of the members and guests while dining
- Promptly address service issues and refer to management when necessary
Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, food service environment preferred
- Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state law
- Able to work a flexible schedule, perform multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Cash handling experience

Job Purpose
The Bartender is responsible for creating memorable experiences by crafting beverages for guests at the bar or through the wait staff.
The Bartender mixes, garnishes, and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications and assist with ordering menu items.
Bartenders are passionate about delivering exceptional service, and always aware of their surroundings to ensure members and guests are drinking responsibly.

Responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of onsite equipment.
Maintenance Mechanics contribute to the overall upkeep of mechanical and electrical equipment such as motors, compressors, and circuits.
Under limited supervision, Maintenance Mechanics often partner with the General Manager to communicate issues and help budget for upcoming expenses to the course.
Responsibilities
- Maintain operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, and tools following operations manuals and manufacturer’s instructions
- Assist clubhouse maintenance and cart mechanic with fabrications and adjustments as needed
- Maintain equipment, parts and supply inventories by checking stock inventories, anticipating needed equipment, parts and supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt
- Provide mechanical maintenance reports by maintaining documentation of repairs and parts ordering
- Provide information and training on proper use and maintenance of equipment by communicating with co-workers
- Oversee shop area maintenance by ensuring that shop remains clean and orderly and that tools are kept clean and in proper working condition
- Ensure operational success by obtaining event information from all departments to meet special maintenance requirements and requests
- Resolve escalated maintenance issues
- Train, direct, and evaluate the work of other Maintenance Mechanics as directed
- Order equipment and supplies as needed and approved by management
- Maintain good working relationships with vendors and vendor mechanics
- Perform fabrications when routine problem solving has not proven effective
- Ensure warranty requirements are processed
- Maintain familiarity with all safety programs
- Implement and support all American Golf initiatives and programs as requested by management
- Other duties may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
Education
High School diploma required (Specialty / Technical Training preferred) and 2 years of related experience in reel grinding, small engine repair, welding, electrical, carpentry, or equivalent combination of educations and experience
