As a Principal Design Technologist on the People Engagement Experience (PEX) team, you will imagine and prototype next-generation features for our products. You’ll apply your deep technical expertise to advancing design with code, provoking design thinking and iteration through demos and walkthroughs. You will work quickly, choosing the right technology for the task at hand, to flesh out design concepts (interaction, visual, and motion). You’ll help your peers unlock technically challenging scenarios and mature the design team’s ability to deliver design at scale, and work around platform limitations and push platform capabilities through your work. Your curiosity will inspire those around you and facilitate team growth, while your hands-on, collaborative nature will build trust with your peers and partners.

This person will work collaboratively with a team of product managers, engineers, executives, as well as a team of passionate UX designers, researchers and writers to improve Amazon employee experiences. You’ll help drive UX development and be involved from early-stage concepts all the way through final delivery and launch.

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Assurance Manager to join our evidence management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our most security-conscious customers and internal security stakeholders. You will work alongside audit teams who are experts in their respective frameworks delivering evidence artifacts to demonstrate key risk objectives to strategically address compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding AWS’ operational and technical control environment while using high-judgement to demonstrate and communicate control posture to customers and stakeholders globally.

The successful candidate will work across many customer groups and compliance frameworks (Cloud Control Matrix, NIST, ISO etc.) to design solutions for complex compliance challenges.
