The Role We're Looking To Fill :
You will thoughtfully connect with owners, administrators, and key decision-makers by making in-person sales calls and prospecting in your sales territory with the key goal of offering some of the best supplemental benefits plans in the industry to them and their employees.
Your primary daily responsibility will be scheduling individual or group presentations with owners and their employees, completing the presentations, and closing sales with clients.
The immediate goal for entry-level sales professionals is building your own book of business through new client acquisition, with your long-term sales goals eventually shifting to reservicing your established clients and following up on new referrals from your existing client base.
You will report your daily and weekly sales metrics, set up your schedule and goals in advance each week, and participate in various coaching and development calls and meetings with your trainer or your team.

The Role :
Your immediate primary goal is to thoughtfully connect with business owners and key decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses within your sales territory through in-person sales calls.
You will not be required to report to an office; instead, you will spend most of your day out and about, working in your territory, building rapport with potential clients, and offering some of the best supplemental benefits plans in the industry to your clients through product presentations.
You will be expected to present to clients and close sales at an initial meeting, or set an appointment to return and close the sale at a future date.
Potentially fast-tracked into a Sales Team Lead position upon mastering our basic sales processes and systems and achieving certain key sales metrics out in the sales field.
A background in college-level or higher athletics, military, bartending or a similar service industry, or simply a proven track record of outstanding performance and promotability in a chosen career field is preferred (but not required).

Position Overview :
This is an outside field sales role. You will not report to a single office location.
