Description
The work of an Account Manager includes but is not limited to managing, directing and coordinating all activities relating to cargo account operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Establish, implement and maintain all departmental policies and procedures, to ensure all Company cargo operations are safe, efficient and in compliance with all applicable Company and governmental regulations.
Responsible for the work accomplished in the carriage of cargo process, flight / load manifest / weight & balance control process and has the authority to direct persons to accomplish that work.
Provide for the oversight and provisioning of ground handling services related to cargo operations.
- Coordinate with Company personnel, customers, third party service providers and applicable government agencies to ensure contract / regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction in all aspects of the Company's cargo operations.
- Conduct periodic audits on all Company cargo operations.
- Produce, revise, and distribute all departmental training aids, directives, reports, forms, memos, etc. and is responsible for all departmental manuals.
- Ensure all personnel involved in Company cargo operations and / or ground handling of Company aircraft are properly trained.
- Evaluate training and performance records of employees to determine and formulate training designed to increase employee efficiency, safety, plus ensure compliance with all Company and governmental regulations.
- Maintain the Hazardous Materials Training Program for all applicable employees.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe and efficient handling of ULDs.
- Lead by example to deliver consistently great service to our customers
- Ensure compliance with all Company safety and security procedures in order to meet / exceed regulatory standards
- Maintain, monitor and report on agreed key performance indicators (KPI's)
- Conduct full investigations on irregularities, accidents or complaints as per our standard reporting requirements
- Drive consistency and standards by ensuring clear communications at all levels on operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure all agreed training is completed and documented
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal and external
- Resolve issues / conflicts in a timely manner
- Ensure efficient operation of inbound and outbound flights

Airline Duty Manager

The Warehouse Agent will increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving / storing inbound and outbound shipments.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Duties required but not limited to :
- Facilitate the loading and unloading of cargo to and from trucks
- Check freight for proper piece count, weight, dimensions and documents as appropriate when accepting or delivering cargo
- Issue appropriate warehouse receipt or collect signed copy of delivery receipt
- Ensure that cargo has a proper release issued by office personnel controlling the cargo before cargo is delivered to consignee or agent
- Operate basic cargo handling equipment such as forklift, aircraft pallets and pallet jacks
- Break down cargo from import flights, sort as required, check freight against manifest and store in proper manner and location in warehouse
- Build up cargo for export flights, following instructions of supervisor or person directing the buildup of the freight
- Keep inventory of on hand freight, warehouse supplies, airline equipment and containers
- Maintain security of the cargo and company’s equipment. Observe that cargo has not been tampered with or that pilferage has taken place.
Report incidents to supervisor as needed.
- Maintain work area in clean condition, reporting damaged or broken equipment as needed
- Accepted related assignments from lead agents, supervisors or management
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Ramp Agent
Description
RAMP AGENT
The work of a Ramp Agent includes but are not limited to loading and offloading of cargo airlines operations handling services including, but not limited to ramp, functions for 747 cargo aircrafts using ground support equipment.
Ensures a safe work environment by following all rules and regulations regarding the workplace.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
Marshals inbound aircraft into ramp area of assigned gate.
Unload Load cargo and mail from aircraft bins while plane is parked at the gate.
Pushes back outbound aircraft out of the gate area.
Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.
Ensures necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area for upcoming flights.
Report equipment problems and breakdowns to facilitate fast repairs. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain safe working conditions for yourself and others
Communicate with managers and lead agents to manage daily schedules
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to help achieve team goals
Adaptability to changing priorities and time management skills
Perform related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements for a Ramp Agent :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Report / MVR.

Airport Butler provides a personalized and an unsurpassed concierge service to travelers in approximately 25 airports in the United States and Canada.
The service is independent from airlines and customized for any who wants to experience a personalized service and extra care when arriving, departing, or connecting through an airport.
Our clients are primarily made up of executives, inexperienced travelers, families, senior citizens, celebrities, and small group travel.
The Concierge Agent is responsible to provide meet-and-greet services to our clients, assisting them with every part of the airport process.
Demonstrate excellent customer service making sure that every client experience is absolutely a positive one, and that their needs are meet in a manner that reflects positively on the company.
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients curbside upon arrival to the airport, assist with the check-in process, stay with the client assisting in their needs until they are safely onboard and on their way to the next destination.
- Greet arriving clients at the gate, assist with luggage collection, and ensure they connect with their appropriate ground transportation.
- Assist with check-in and ticketing.
- Assist with baggage collection or drop-off.
- Assist clients with connecting flights as needed.

- Must own smartphone with a mobile operating system of (Android) 5+ or (Apple) 11+ and be willing to download apps required by ATS / Airport Butler for operational and data privacy purposes partial reimbursement of service plan will be paid monthly.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Must wear company uniform as outlined and conform to all grooming standards.
- Must be flexible in work schedule to match the demand for services to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
