Director finance

This department is responsible for working with our sales teams to provide financing, leasing and extended warranty options (Kenworth, Ford, Isuzu, Vermeer, Komatsu & Kubota) to our commercial customer base.
All Roads has approximately 30+ commercial dealerships on the east coast and is expanding rapidly. The ideal candidate has a strong background including commercial lending and leasing and experience managing a successful revenue generating team.
Travel is expected locally and to other dealership locations along the east coast. The schedule will be primarily Monday - Friday during normal business hours.
The teams current Director is willing to stay on for a period of time and give whatever support necessary to ensure a successful onboarding of the new Director.

Developing strategies to increase departmental performance. Evaluating partnerships with outside lenders and determining the best relationships for All Roads and its customers.
Attending sales calls to understand the customers' needs and discuss features and benefits of products and financing options to allow them to accomplish their goals.
Maintaining a strong relationship with the financial arms of OEM partners Managing a team of 5-8 person team. Ensuring that team responds to sales team on timely basis, processes deal paperwork timely and accurately and achieves financial performance metrics.
Ensure transactions are fully compliant, accurate and funded on a timely basis. Requirements Include : Similar experience selling products / services with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated ability to successfully perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and speed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
