At Enovvio Corporation, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We are looking for an outgoing Sales Representative to generate new leads, identify sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
In this role, you should be highly concerned with constantly improving the bottom line and increasing your sales numbers.
As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to create new opportunities for our company through networking, prospecting and lead generation.
You should be excellent at communicating and have good listening skills as part of your job is to understand customer needs and keep them informed about all products and services.
Objectively, you should be able to establish and nurture a great set of relationships with clients.
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the region .
- Meet with customers to determine needs and set priorities .
- Meet with senior management to develop business plans and discuss product innovations .
- Present new products to potential customers and obtain feedback .
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ strategies and technologies .
- Update product knowledge and industry standards to ensure technical sales support availability .
- Build awareness of company products, services and expertise among prospects, partners and client base.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in sales or customer service
- A high school diploma or higher
- Ability to persuade others to change their minds and behavior and being aware of others’ reactions and understand why they react as they do
- Ability to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Personal integrity
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven success rate at levels above quotas
- Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations
- Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
