Responsibilities :

• Create quotes and invoices for clients
• Utilize social media marketing and sales techniques (full training provided)
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout their customer journey
• Attend training sessions and webinars with suppliers and vendors to specialize in different travel offerings
• Book various travel arrangements, including hotels, cruises, resorts, travel insurance, flights, rental cars, excursions, and more (training available on various topics)

Qualifications :

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a U.S. resident
• Must have a smartphone and computer
• Reliable internet access is essential

Skills :

• Internet savvy with the ability to navigate travel booking platforms
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take on projects with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
