Manufacturing Engineer

We are a high-paced and agile manufacturing organization that is growing rapidly. We are searching for a multi-faceted production and manufacturing engineer.

We are looking for someone who understands formal manufacturing environments and is able to focus on the key elements that will take us to the next level.

This role is broad from shaping our MRP system to evolving material and production management systems to planning production.

Essential Functions :

  • Evaluates existing manufacturing processes to improve them, working broadly from supply chain to business systems to help things run smoothly.
  • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods, and conferring with equipment vendors.
  • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Assures product and process quality by designing and implementing testing methods where required.
  • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
  • Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
  • Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
  • Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.
  • Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to obtain / maintain a Top Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required

Security Coordinator

SECURITY COORDINATOR

Essential Functions :

  • Assist and support the Security team with the implementation of the applicable Security Program in accordance with all applicable DoD security policies, directives, regulations, and instructions.
  • Functions include assisting the Security team with administrative security, classification management, operations security, physical security, industrial security, security incident investigations, and security education / motivation.
  • Assist the Security team with providing general security support, including program execution support functions.
  • Prepare personnel actions and forms to request security clearances and maintain records of such requests.
  • Maintain procedures on handling, safeguarding, and destruction of documents and data in accordance with established processes and appropriate timelines.
  • Assist the Security team with the development and / or implementation of procedures and practices to cover multiple security objectives.
  • Assist Security team with ensuring security awareness trainings are conducted with staff and training records are properly maintained.
  • Assist with maintenance and access control of secure facilities / areas to ensure the protection of program information
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of security manuals, documents, and records.
  • Coordinate shipment and receipt of incoming and outgoing classified and sensitive program data and equipment.
  • Maintain Master Access Databases.
  • Provide administration support of the security orientation, training, education, and awareness programs to ensure proper handling and safeguarding of classified and sensitive program information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 2-4 Years of experience in Security, specifically in DoD or Corporate Security
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, MathCraft Enterprise Security Management Software programs
  • ViSi Commander
  • Access Commander
  • Portal Commander
  • Able to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance
  • Current active Secret Clearance preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Associates Degree in Management or equivalent training / experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Proficiency with Adobe Products including Acrobat and Photoshop
