Description :
Respond to breakdowns and failures on the plant floor.
Troubleshoot and correct food processing equipment such as ovens, mixers, coolers, proofers, and baggers.
Perform electrical, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulic tasks on the machines.
Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment in a thorough and safe manner.
Train production employees as well as other mechanics and be willing to be trained by other mechanics.

Production Welder
Description :
Aerotek is hiring for Polaris Industries. Polaris is looking for MIG Production Welders to work at their plant in Madison, Alabama.
This is production weld that is fast paced and demanding. Candidates will be MIG welding on mild steel. Everything is on a cycle time and tac time.
This is fast pace and candidates will need to maintain the pace. Candidates are working in a weld bay on an assembly line process for welding.
They will work off a computer screen that details the weld required and lists instructions.
Cycle time is 5 minutes per frame- they are expected to get out around 70- 100 frames per shift.
Expect to work 6x 10 hour days.
Shift :
1st- 5 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
2nd- 3 : 30 PM- 2 : 30 AM - OT is after the shift. Will stay until 1 AM- 3 AM
Skills :

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience with being a travel welder required for per diem positions.

Driver
Description :
These Driver will be responsible for :
- Driving Bobtail Truck
- Pulling orders / boxes in the warehouse, preparing vans / trucks for daily routes.
- When in the warehouse, they will be lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Loading and unloading boxes off trucks.
- When on the road and driving, they will be driving to client sites to make deliveries and / or pick ups. The primary products they will have are boxes and documents / paperwork.
- Will be interacting with their client managers, administrative personnel, all the way up to owners. Must be able to provide consistently excellent levels of customer service.
- Once driving, vehicles will be vans or 16 -24 ft. box trucks.
There are 3 main points to this job.
1. Must be willing to go above and beyond day-to-day duties and help others out when needed. That means not being asked to help, but offering their services before they are needed (approx.
75% warehouse / 25% driving initially, but this will change over time as they prove themselves).
2. Must provide excellent customer service.
3. Must have a clean DMV and be comfortable driving a 16-24' bobtail trucks."

- Cable installation, termination experience onboard US Navy vessels.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and written technical instructions, manuals and draw / make basic working diagrams and circuits.
- Fully versed in the use of all types of electrical measuring instruments and various electronic measuring devices, such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and power analyzers.

Warehouse Worker
Immediately hiring Forklift Operators for a large manufacturing company located in the Logan township / Swedesboro, NJ area.
The forklift operators will be responsible for operating reach forklifts and sit down forklifts to load and unload trucks, staging product, and using an RF scanner to locate items in the warehouse and bringing them to the correct area to be shipped out.
Prior experience operating a reach forklift and sit down forklift is preferred, being comfortable moving items throughout the warehouse, working an 8hr shift, and having the ability to work on and off the forklift to complete customer orders in a timely matter.
