The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing support to the geographically deployed Employee Relations teams.

Works collaboratively to provide support for escalated employee relations claims

Provides leadership and support to team members on policy interpretation and other employee relations matters

Stays current on employment law, as well as employment trends

Proactively researches information to ensure compliance, provide appropriate consultation, and avoid / eliminate exposure to the organization

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field required

Minimum of five years of Employee Relations experience required, including conducting investigations
