This Direct Hire position pays $28-$41 per hour, based on experience.
What does a typical day as a Maintenance Planner look like? Phenomenal question! This position will complete maintenance service, inventory, and administrative processes of the plant that support maintenance operational efficiency (OE), effectiveness, or maintenance work, and ensure production satisfaction and plant profitability.
This position will order, and spec part replacements work with vendors to source parts desired for jobs, and KIT jobs for maintenance techs to complete and plan the work for the week.
PMs will be filled out within SAP and ensure that the department goals are met with plant profitability.

This role requires you to have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, degree preferred. Must have interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable written and verbal communication skills, and some experience with SAP and maintenance desired.
Will need to be regular, predictable, and have full attendance while professionally interacting with all company employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers.
Fabrication experience is preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the associate may be required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods while lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
This position requires specific vision abilities desired by this job including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
