Physical Therapist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and caring physical therapist to join our Team. During each appointment you would work one on one with the patient :

• Initial Evaluation - Listen to patients needs and goals.
• Create a personalized plan of care.
• Exercise personal judgment by making modifications as needed.
• Administer hands on quality therapy, motivate, and encourage patients.
• Thorough Documentation of patients’ progress.
• Create thorough home exercise program.
• Maintain patient privacy / confidentiality.

Physical Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

• A Valid License in Missouri to practice physical therapy, and in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate and adapt to different patients and circumstances.
• Must exhibit a high level of professionalism and personal ethics.
• Must be dependable, reliable, flexible, and kind to patients and teammates.
