What We Are Looking For

WorkMarket is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the manage domain. She / He will enable clients as well as internal teams to easily innovate.

We are looking for an individual who can guide the platform to its next level. Our assignment features are at the heart of our platform and the manage domain space.

Assignment features allow our clients to connect, manage and pay their freelance talent efficiently and effectively, at scale.

You will :

  • Lead our manage scrum team, driving decisions ranging from building, buying or partnering to facilitate new capabilities or enhance existing ones.
  • Drive requirements gathering and validation by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and conduct ongoing grooming with your team.
  • Integrate usability studies, user research, competitive landscape analysis, and market analysis on an ongoing basis to ensure features satisfy customer needs while maintaining a cohesive user experience across the platform.

Desired Qualifications :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience either in a Product Management role or working on a technical product or service.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with UI / UX designers and Engineering teams to deliver your vision for the product.
  • Proven experience creating shared capabilities and platform products from conception to launch.
  • Strong technical capabilities and experience working in API-driven SaaS environment.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to quickly understand concepts, technical or otherwise, and the ability to communicate them to a variety of audiences.

What you can expect on a typical day :

Client Support. You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues.

WHAT YOU'LL DO : Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day :

Client Support. You will help our clients manage their business using our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues.

Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.

Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.

Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.
