Job Description

• Partners with Project Team Leads (PTL) to charter teams, develop core documents, establish timeline and budget, and align project tactics with project strategy
• Partners with PTLs to plan for and successfully navigate governance requirements
• Manages project timelines and monitors team adherence to project plans; accountable for ensuring project plans / timelines are entered and updated in the enterprise system
• Facilitate effective project meetings and manage change in a matrix environment
• Liaise with Senior PTLs to manage each therapeutic area portfolio
• Identifies resource gaps and works with Project Team to resolve, escalating when necessary
• Drives best practices across teams and develops and implements fit-for-purpose tools to efficiently support Project Teams.

Minimum Requirements :

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR
• Master’s degree and 3 years of directly related experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of directly related experience OR

Preferred Qualifications :

• Advanced degree and 2+ years research experience in either Oncology, Inflammation, Cardiovascular, or Metabolic space
• 2+ years demonstrated fit-for-purpose project management experience supporting research programs in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Strong competencies in planning, project management, and organization with the ability to lead multiple activities in parallel while maintaining a focus on quality
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team / matrix environment, to collaborate and coordinate with internal and external department staff at various levels, and to influence others effectively;

able to build and collaborate with a cross-functional network

• Creative and critical problem-solving skills with high comfort in ambiguous situations
• Self-directed quick learner who is proactive and takes initiative, with ability to adapt to a dynamic environment; proven ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines
• Strong oral and written communications skills.

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets :

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of the drug development process, Pharma background YOE 2-5
• Scientific background.

Compensation :

Job Description

• Support financial expense planning processes such as the monthly close, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning activities including headcount, operating expense, capital and COGM planning
• Prepare, analyze, and present operating expense results for various department managers and communicate expense plans and results
• Prepare standard and ad hoc expense analyses and reports including headcount related costs and outside expenses
• Document analysis and related-work flow activities to insure proper support and standardized procedures
• Support annual standard costing process in SAP
• Provide client support as needed
• On-site presence at the manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio is required.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate to support site business needs.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Finance experience
• BA / BS in Accounting, Finance,
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and present results to senior management in a professional, clear and concise manner
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion and / or other large ERP and consolidation tools like Tableau, Smartsheet and Alteryx
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Detail oriented and able to handle fast paced environment while delivering timely results
• Comfortable supporting clients in a variety of leadership roles
• Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and effectively connect with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in communicating key business and operational information including speaking in front of medium to large groups
• Outstanding organizational, time management, project management and communication skills
• Ability to run multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.

• 2+ years experience in Finance / Accounting functions
• Experience in prior Financial modeling, reporting & analysis role
• Software experience (Smartsheets, tableau, excel, powerpoint, SAP).

• Assist in the development and execution of tests / experiments
• Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives, crafting the messages for marketing leadership
• Ensure rigorous documentation processes are maintained
• Ensure that data is accurately flowing between different database systems and develop repeatable processes to Ensure accuracy
• Experienced with data visualization, data exploration, foraging through large datasets, coming up with the narrative and story.
• Assist, as requested, in providing support, analyses and insight for other high visibility marketing projects
• Ensure adherence to corporate data security requirements for the storage, transportation and retention of data
• Attend regular meetings with key cross-functional stakeholders to provide analytical insight / perspective and updates on key projects
• Experience with building statistical models (e.g. regression, etc.) to perform complex analyses.

Required Technical Skills :

• 5+ years experience as a data analyst or similar role
• Very strong SQL skills, and experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, and Tableau
• Experience with test / experiment design (A / B, multivariate)
• Adept at integrating disparate information, building forecast and trending models, developing comprehensive charts, working with pivot tables, analyzing large tables of data
• Track record of identifying and anticipating business data needs, performing detailed and insightful analysis and developing reports that meet these needs and drive business results.
• Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling Google Slides presentations
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities and working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
