Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

  • Bring consumer and sport insights into your concepts
  • Execute the category direction
  • Work with all creation functions to deliver product concepts
  • Create ranges within the category from both an image and commercial point of view

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively manage range direction
  • Propose a clear strategy for the range and how to move it on
  • Show full understanding of the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to market
  • Work within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcome
  • Actively analyse business, draw conclusions and propose action steps
  • Strong knowledge of product information systems and the interlinking functions clarity on respective timelines
  • Good level of product expertise to create industry leading products
  • Actively execute spot buying (e.g.buying existing fabrics or already developed / existing styles at supplier)
  • Be considered as a range expert by markets and retailers
  • Prepare and present your ranges and business related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and content
  • Actively provide input for setting the CtC (Concept to Consumer) direction and implement it into relevant ranges in partnership with CtC counterparts
  • Work independently on projects and follow up on project development

Maintain a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue / feedback with business unit and across other BU s cross-functional team ( Design, Fashion Operations ,CtC, Materials, Costing, Planning) markets and relevant key retailers

  • Cooperate well and effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationships
  • Work independently as well as part of a team
  • Plan and prioritize daily working time effectively with the ability to work in a fast paced environment

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • College degree, preferably in marketing / business / textile / fashion
  • Minimum of 2-3 years Product Marketing experience with APP, FTW or ACC background
  • Experience in trade, vertical retail business model or sales is helpful
  • Fluent in English
  • PC skills (MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel)

Manufacturing Analyst Specialist

Purpose : This position will support all manufacturing departments. This position will provide reporting and analysis using a variety of Microsoft and business-related software.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build, develop and manage daily / weekly / monthly / annual reports based on business needs.
  • Support business for ad hoc data requests.
  • Provide analysis and reporting visuals to drive decision making and process improvement.
  • Perform a variety of daily and weekly data entry tasks related to areas of responsibility.
  • Support Director and Senior Director in report, capital expenses, and budget analysis.
  • Support Engineering in procurement process and ordering
  • Provide and perform SEA analysis reports to help ensure Indy stay compliant

  • Must have ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Must have advanced MS OFFICE computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Forms. Tableau, Smartsheet, MS Access and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Must have very good organization skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

An Associate degree or higher in business related discipline is desired and / or 3 years of

equivalent experience in reporting / analytics function.
