Job Summary :
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) primarily supports the AAS Account Management organization with group insurance renewals and quotes as well as other administrative support functions designed to improve customer data quality, communication, and overall customer engagement for the micro and small market group insurance segment (
Responsibilities :
Support Account Managers, Team Leader and peer CSR’s with renewals, quotes, carrier and customer communication and related activities
Collect missing information from customers, carriers, and other partners as appropriate
Maintain customer information in Agency Management System (AMS)
Complete weekly customer AMS workflow and related activities
Update policy information, rates and census data in Benefit Administration Platform and AMS
Follow up on service issues and coordinate customer response
Prepare employee communications for renewals and enrollment period
Update census and plan features
Other duties as required
Requirements :
Able to work independently and within a team environment
Familiarity with AMS or similar customer relationship management software
Embraces customer success and demonstrates a can do attitude
Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organizational skills while working in fast-paced environment
Can manage multi customer related activities simultaneously
Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2 years insurance experience, group insurance preferred
Familiarity with AMS or related CRM tools and proficient with MS Office products
Positive track record working in customer service

Pay Details :
Annual Salary : $60,000 - $69,000

About this Position
As part of our growing company, the Associate Manager position will report to the Senior Finance Manager. This role is responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining the accuracy of the acquisition related Earnout Liability.
This liability is maintained in an Earnout Excel file.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate an understanding of GAAP and financial statements with strong written and oral communication skills to manage partnerships with accounting, FP&A, and outside consultants.
The candidate will work closely with Corporate Accounting and M&A to determine the accounting treatment for liabilities included in purchase agreements.
In addition, a thorough understanding of Microsoft excel, database development and maintenance principles, and project management skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service presence to work closely with Agency Principals.
The Associate Manager will be an integral part of the Acrisure Home Office Finance team and will be a trusted team member, thought partner, and advisor.
This highly skilled individual will work closely with our accounting and M&A Teams, Agency Partners, and external consultants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :
Prepare and Analyze acquisition related Earnout liabilities.
Review purchase agreements to understand the earnout liabilities valuation
Work with outside valuation consultants on pre- and post-acquisition activities.
Analyze and communicate financial results for the earnout liability, including the financial drivers.
Prepare reporting and liability reconciliations.
Document and maintain internal controls for the earnout liability
Lead financial analysis due diligence reporting requests and standardization
Project Owner to move the Earnout Excel File to a Database and Workday solutions
Maintain and improve the existing earnout file in Excel, and process improvement

Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally with a major in Finance or Accounting
Public accounting experience at a Big 4 CPA firm is a plus
Required 5-7 years of combined experience in accounting.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Database management a plus
Experience operating in a decentralized, global environment preferred
