Accrete is looking for a Chief Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end product delivery process within our organization.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales to ensure efficient collaboration and seamless product delivery.

Responsibilities :
- Product Delivery Strategy : Develop and implement the organization's product delivery strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Project Planning : Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in the product delivery process, including engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations.
- Agile Methodology : Champion the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies to drive efficient and iterative product delivery.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact product delivery timelines or quality, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free products.
- Performance Monitoring : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to monitor and evaluate the performance of the product delivery process.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product delivery.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback, understand requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of product delivery professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and overall success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 15 - 20+ years of experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering or technical teams.
- Strong technical background and expertise in relevant engineering disciplines.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Technical Leadership : Provide strong technical leadership to the engineering team, guiding them in making sound technical decisions, solving complex problems, and driving innovation.
- Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with product development processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the product delivery domain.
The base salary range for this position is : $250,000.00k-$300,000.00k

Accrete is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join its team as individual contributors. As a product-led organization, Associate Product Managers will sit at the nucleus of the company, working cross-functionally with world-class AI researchers, engineers, designers, and business units to build products that foundationally transform how industries work and operate.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally across Accrete and receive mentorship from Accrete’s senior product managers in order to develop the foundation of their product, management, and technical skills.

Responsibilities :
- Research and produce high-quality reports on competitive intelligence, customer requests, new technologies, and novel ideas in the AI space
- Work with the product, engineering, business development, marketing, and design teams to identify, document, and socialize the vision for new features, capabilities, and products to develop
- Improve our existing products and prototypes through running experiments, quality assurance testing, and model validation
- Maintain the Product organization’s documentation of product features, capabilities, vision statements, roadmaps, market feedback, competitive intelligence, etc.
- Become fluent in Accrete’s industry and the industries / problem spaces our technology serves, software development / product management / growth terminology, artificial intelligence / NLP technology, best practices & processes for product & growth, and our existing products & competitors’ products
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in related field
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills; strong, demonstrated research abilities; strong demonstrated abilities to think through complex problems and evaluate different potential outcomes
- Demonstrated passion for technology (especially AI / NLP technologies); ideally demonstrated experience working with technology from the perspective of a researcher, designer, manager, salesperson, or engineer
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a bias toward action.
The base salary range for this position is : $90,000 - $110,000 USD
