ongoing individual services / treatment; and an appropriate and viable discharge plan for clients.

A minimum of three years experience as a case manager (or closely related position) in a private or public rehabilitation center, healthcare setting, or social service environment.
Prior experience working in rehabilitation program, day treatment, and / or residential programs for individuals with traumatic brain injuries.

Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee, coordinate, perform, and evaluate complex maintenance. Provide direct supervision of the Maintenance Technician and the Housekeeping staff - Ensure staff are properly trained, scheduled.
Coordinate, monitor, and document the purchase of necessary maintenance and housekeeping supplies, materials, equipment and contracted services.
We can't get around this to qualify you must have :
- A minimum of five years of experience in a senior property maintenance position with exposure to all facets of facilities maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple facility locations.
- A minimum of two years of successful staff leadership.
- Valid and current driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the community to all assigned sites.
- Possession of basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance.
- Experience in a health care facilities setting and ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities a plus.
Vocational training and / or certification as a Residential Maintenance Technician or equivalent also a plus.

Housekeeper

seeking a Full -Time Housekeeper to perform general cleaning of two multi-unit apartment buildings in Las Vegas, NV.
This is a full time position split between two locations
The candidate in this position will maintain a clean and safe environment for building residents, their guests, employees,
and other visitors to the site. Appropriately clean and maintain the common areas of the building
interior, as well as the building's exterior grounds including the parking, sidewalk and entry areas.
Perform all cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within the required time frame of 3-5 days after unit becomes vacant.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of related work experience, the ability to effectively communicate verbally
and in writing; effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities. Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
