LOCATION :

The Account / Senior Account Manager, Affiliate Marketing position is a remote, work from home position, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work / life paradigm).

Candidates who live in the following States will be considered : CO, CT, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, RI, VA, WA, CA, FL, GA, MN, NY, OR, TX, AZ, ME, NC, OH, SC, TN.

Some travel is required for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc.

The Role :

Acceleration partners is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This fully remote, work-from-home role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Acceleration Partners’ Global Demand Generation team play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our pipeline and generating revenue through diverse marketing initiatives.

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting AP’s lead generation strategy, executing effective campaigns and nurture programs to convert database leads, planning and executing AP’s presence at industry events, and more.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will have the opportunity to enhance your growth marketing skills and make a tangible impact on our global marketing efforts.

Your Top 5 Job Responsibilities :

  • Paid Media Management : Work alongside paid search agency to manage and optimize paid media campaigns including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and other paid channels, to maximize ROI, increase brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution : Plan, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and events, to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead Nurture : Support in the development and implementation of comprehensive lead nurture strategies, including the creation of targeted email marketing campaigns, personalized content journeys and automated workflows, to nurture and convert leads throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • Events and Awards Support : Provide support in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other relevant industry gatherings.

Additionally, assist in the identification, submission, and management of award opportunities to enhance brand recognition and industry credibility.

Other Global Marketing Support : Provide ongoing support to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation for marketing projects, reporting, budget tracking, customer marketing, and more.

What Success Looks Like :

By Three Months :

  • You have ramped up to full day-to-day management of AP’s paid media presence and are working alongside our paid media agency to lead several account optimizations to improve ROI.
  • You are contributing to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You are collaborating with multiple stakeholders and showcase an ability to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences effectively and generate qualified leads.

First Six Months :

  • You demonstrate a strong command of paid media management by independently managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, consistently delivering ROI, and achieving a steady growth in customer acquisition and conversion
  • You lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and nurtures across multiple channels, resulting in expanded engagement with target audiences and an increase in qualified leads >

SQLs generated.

You continuously refine and improve through test and learn strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of targeted email marketing campaigns, personalized content journeys and automated workflows, leading to higher engagement and increased conversions.

First Twelve Months :

  • You are the key point of contact for paid media management, demonstrating a high level of expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns that consistently generate ROI, and drive conversion growth and customer acquisition.
  • You lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and nurtures, successfully positioning AP as the industry leader, engaging diverse target audiences effectively and generating qualified leads >

SQLs consistently.

You employ data analysis and insights to continuously enhance our strategies, and bring forward recommendations for new initiatives and areas of improvement.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B agency role experience is a plus)
  • Experience with managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with marketing campaign execution or ABM
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Copywriting experience across a variety of marketing mediums
  • Proven ability to drive projects forward, identifying roadblocks and determining how to get past them
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent writing and proofing skills
  • Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings

Global Marketing Strategy : Has the ability to see the big picture by thinking conceptually, imaginatively, and systematically.

Provide high-level strategic guidance and partnership to the team, to ensure marketing goals are met. Works with the team to innovate new strategies, tactics and efficiencies so objectives are met across the department.

Provides data-driven insights, reporting and recommendations to demonstrate success of marketing initiatives to CMO and SLT.

Global Marketing Leadership and Strategic Projects : Working closely with the CMO on strategic global marketing initiatives to drive forward AP’s marketing strategy.

Initiatives include AP’s global thought leadership strategy, brand identity, storytelling, budget management and planning.

ROW Marketing Strategy and Budget Management : Responsible for planning and strategically leading ROW marketing initiatives to raise AP’s brand awareness and visibility across Europe.

Leading the strategy for any ROW market expansions and business growth opportunities in Europe such as Germany. Provide guidance to the global marketing team on ROW market differences and nuances and supporting implementation of regionally specific marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Collaborates closely with the global team to ensure messages are globally aligned.

Internal Marketing Leadership : An exceptional relationship builder you will ccollaborate with other departments, including Sales, Client Services, HR and Operations to address business needs and inform the marketing strategy.

Ensure proper information sharing with the team by disseminating information in a timely manner. Leads process improvements, encourages efficiency, and works to build value for the organisation by proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to the business.

Flags and escalates key risks as needed up the chain. Ability to leverage relationships for influence.
