Overnight Supervisor - Cabin Appearance (FT)
Supervisor-Cabin Cleaning Services is responsible for the direct oversight of front-line employees in his or her respective line of service.
The employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, our Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Specific Duties / Essential Job Functions :
- Achieve operational performance and functional service activities.
- Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Ensure that future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.).
- Ensure all call offs are covered.
- Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
- Manage employee lunches and breaks.
- Manage the No-Fault Attendance Policy.
- Participate in client briefings and communicate with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.
- Manage daily schedules.
- Maintain daily shift report for managers.
- Perform basic administrative and payroll functions (if applicable).
- Maintain communication with Duty Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.
- Effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees.
- Conduct service audits.
- Responsible for the movement of personnel between checkpoints.
- Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.
- Set a positive, professional example for workforce.
- Ensure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience supervising employees.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.
- Experience effectively managing teams : solid staff retention, counseling and developing team members, etc.
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency required.
- Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record is required to operate company vehicles to and from customer work sites.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to give effective presentations to small and large groups.
- Resourceful team player with a positive outlook and approachable demeanor.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).

Pay rate $18.00 / Hour (Overtime pay for over 40 hours weekly).
Shift Hours are 2230-0700 two days and 3 days 2130-0600, able to work weekends and some Holidays. Including OT if flight activity is delayed.
