- Applicable knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles in HVAC & plumbing, or a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering

The Executive Project Manager will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, and quality and safety of a project in partnership with the Superintendent.
This position MUST HAVE experience in Multi-Family and Wood-Framing Commercial Construction.
This company is a large, General Contractor licensed in 5 states, with most work located in the Central Florida area. They specialize in Multi-Family, Senior and Assistant Living, Hospitality, and Commercial projects.
The Executive Project Manager will report to the company’s Vice President of Construction.
ADDITIONAL MUST HAVES :
- Experience in supervising ALL phases of Multi-Family apartment unit construction, from sitework to punch list, through project completion and management turnover.
- Manage all aspects of contract / subcontract agreements.
- Supervise the planning to ensure all project activities are on budget and on time.
- Enforce safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years recent experience as a Superintendent for Multi-Family General Contractor.
- 5+ years recent Wood Framing experience.
