The Executive Project Manager will be responsible for managing the schedule, budget, and quality and safety of a project in partnership with the Superintendent.

This position MUST HAVE experience in Multi-Family and Wood-Framing Commercial Construction.

This company is a large, General Contractor licensed in 5 states, with most work located in the Central Florida area. They specialize in Multi-Family, Senior and Assistant Living, Hospitality, and Commercial projects.

The Executive Project Manager will report to the company’s Vice President of Construction.

ADDITIONAL MUST HAVES :

  • Experience in supervising ALL phases of Multi-Family apartment unit construction, from sitework to punch list, through project completion and management turnover.
  • Manage all aspects of contract / subcontract agreements.
  • Supervise the planning to ensure all project activities are on budget and on time.
  • Enforce safety protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years recent experience as a Superintendent for Multi-Family General Contractor.
  • 5+ years recent Wood Framing experience.
