We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team an Entry Level Manager. The Entry Level Manager will assist our community outreach team, which helps us run campaigns for our charitable partners, oversee and manage various events.

We work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to national-level non-profits, helping them achieve their marketing goals and community initiatives.

Your job would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries.

In this entry-level role, the Marketing Assistant will use their upbeat personality and extraordinary ability to capture an audience to create excitement for our charity partners in the Atlanta area.

The entry-level Marketing Assistant will also assist the promotional marketing team with executing any administrative, advertising, marketing, and / or sales tasks required.

Responsibilities : Develop, setup and execute promotional marketing events used to create awareness and generate increased donations for our charity partners Set up promotional displays and visual merchandising required at each promotional event Assist in the development and implementation of promotional materials Basic fundraising Maintain relationships with business partners, marketing / advertising clients, and stakeholders Requirements : College degree in sales, marketing, advertising or similar field preferred OR 1-2 years of experience in a sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or any related setting is an asset.

Internship experience and previous entry level experience will as be considered as working experience. 1Connect Consulting's mission is to help its charity partners make a massive impact on the local community by bringing more awareness to their core mission and increasing their donations through customized events.

To keep up with demand, 1Connect Consulting has an opening for an outgoing, career-motivated individual to fill their Events Assistant position IMMEDIATELY.

Events Assistant Responsibilities :

  • Educate community members on their charity partners’ core mission
  • Attend daily in-office meetings to discuss and plan upcoming fundraising events
  • Organize and assist with all fundraising activities
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
  • Maintain all donation records throughout the course of each event
  • Assist with training new associates on policies and procedures

Events Assistant Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in philanthropy, community outreach, events or promotions
  • Strong desire to work with nonprofit organizations
  • Passion for giving back to the community and volunteering
  • Ability to public speak and present our mission with confidence and professionalism
