A typical day includes :
Driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 FT 1-800-GOT-JUNK? trucks with a partner
Provide top-notch customer service experience at each and every stop
Removing unwanted items from the customer's premises by physically loading items into the back of our truck
Recycle, donate and dispose of items picked up at the appropriate facilities
Maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team

What you bring to the company :
- You are 21+ years of age (Required for insurance purposes)
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have a clean driving history (past 3 years)

Daily Job Duties :
Dispatch : You will run the routes for the Truck Team to ensure On-Time Service is provided to all our customers
Customer Service : You will reach out to our customers to introduce them to our service and to answer any questions they may have.
Sales : From time to time it will be necessary to assist our Truck Team in closing a sale. Our customers request us to come to their property but the price is not always what the customer wants so we may have to work with some customers to provide the best price possible.
Trucks : This role will spend on average 2 days out on the road in our Shiny Blue Trucks and 3 days in the office running routes.

- Following the safety training and wearing all needed gear (uniform, safety gloves & boots).
- You’ll remove, load and sort items so we can dispose of, recycle or donate (we’re committed to reducing waste) responsibly.
- You’ll ensure the job order is completed as required and offer opportunities for additional disposal services.
- You’ll work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule
Qualifications & Requirements :

- Be at least 23+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ( a driving record with less than 3 violations, 4 points and 2 accidents)
