A Day In The Life

• Partner with clients to determine recruiting / staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Review responses on job ads and setup interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate any onsite recruiting events or open houses
• Effectively recruit via phone, text, email, social media and in-person with our teammates.
• Manage all applications through our technology partners
• Assist with the pre-employment process of new hires including background checks, physicals, drug screens, and communication of new hire orientation details.

Again, the pay will start at $19 / hr but potentially up to 51k annually.

Job Description

Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to keep our customer's warehouse operating at maximum efficiency as well as perform deliveries throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

This position earns a competitive, entry-level wage of $14-$15 / hour , based on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position typically works Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm OR 8am-5pm .

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you spend most of your time tracking inventory, receiving materials, verifying accuracy, loading equipment, organizing the warehouse, and preparing job materials to support our client's service & installation processes.

You also play an important role in our organization and act as a hub in between the office and our client's technicians to keep workflow moving.

As an inquisitive person, you truly seek to grasp the trade and model the mission and values of our customer. With your teachable spirit, you enjoy receiving direct instruction and training on everything you need to know.

• Prior warehouse experience in a similar role
• Physically able to lift 50lbs and comfortable working within a warehouse or a job site
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record

Reporting to the Public Relations Manager for the North America region, the NA Public Relations Coordinator (PRC) will be responsible for supporting NA media relations and strategic communications.

Specifically, the PRC will assist in all aspects of public relations planning, coordination, and execution from ideating and event planning to monitoring and tracking key earned media metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ideating / executing / evaluating consumer tech and lifestyle PR media campaigns

Involvement from strategy development to execution - plan, develop, implement, pitch, and secure media for campaigns

Manage inbound media and influencer inquiries in the PR inbox with the global team

Help prep team and senior leaders for internal and external events

Compiling and maintaining media lists for outreach

Coverage tracking and reporting; ongoing and at key product launch moments

Strong understanding of the media landscape / evolving communications environment

Recommend new areas and angles to stimulate awareness of the Client, and its technology in North America

Bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to the team and our way of working

Partner with internal Client team members to execute launch plans for new products. This will include logistical items such as event planning or scheduling media attendees for the launch and tactical pitching to secure coverage for the launch

Effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments within the Client for maximum impact

Think creatively and identify new opportunities for the team

Work Experience

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications

At least 2 years of media relations experience; PR agency experience preferred

Strong written skills; able to write concise, engaging, and informative copy

Strong oral communication skills; willing and able to speak up in meetings (internal and external) and able to hold conversations with media

Strong project management skills; detail-oriented with time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills coupled with analytical abilities

Experience with earned media reporting and competitive research

Flexibility; we are always moving so quickly and efficiently, this person needs to be comfortable with switching directions quickly

Must consume the media on a daily basis and be up-to-speed on current events
