Seeking a full-time or part-time server, with full availability!
epicerie is a neighborhood restaurant serving french / louisiana fare and fresh baked pastries.
We are looking for a self-motivated multi-tasker to join the team at epicerie, a cafe serving lunch, dinner and brunch in the Rosedale area of Austin.
Ideally, we want a long-term employee who is like-minded with an eye for detail. We are looking for people who know how to be vibrant and fun with a professional delivery.
Our servers help to create a comfortable, welcoming environment for our guests, know the difference between service and hospitality and get a kick out of making other peoples days brighter.
Required experience :
- Relevant high-volume restaurant and serving experience, 1 year.
- Food Handlers Certification and TABC Certification will be required prior to starting this position.
- A positive and fun attitude, both with coworkers and guests. Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to handle a busy brunch service pace.

- Excellent oral and hearing skills
- Ability to memorize dish ingredients and direct guests to dishes / modifications accommodating dietary restrictions
- Positive can do attitude
- Familiarity with Toast system preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with wine and comfortability providing table wine service.
