Except as otherwise required by law, this role pays $17.70 per hour.
This is a Full-Time (40 hours per week) position. The average amount of scheduled hours generally consists of 40 hours per week, with the expectation to work additional hours in a week if there is a customer need.

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will help improve the customer experience by providing in station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. The role will also help connect customers with experts who can provide them the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. The work is beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it’s making sure we put smiles on customer’s faces.
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

Designer - Kitchen/Bath
Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers. Designers interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting them up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with them to go over room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary. Designers support the Store Appearance priority by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

As a Warehouse Part-Time Overnight instore associate, you will also deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need.
The Warehouse Part Time Overnight, instore, helps provide and deliver the right products to our customers by safely unloading merchandise from incoming freight, moving it to the sales floor, and stocking departments. This associate handles hazardous materials, replaces damaged shelving, keeps the backroom organized, and ensures equipment is charged. Additionally, this associate organizes merchandise and top stock to set up stores for sales success. To be successful, the associate must understand and prepare for the physical demands of moving merchandise for the majority of his/her shift.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

Who We’re Looking for:
Minimum qualifications include:
• You can read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
Preferred qualifications include:
• You’ve worked in restaurant, hospitality, or other warehouse jobs, and are looking for a new career in retail.
• You have 3 months of experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• You have 6 months experience working in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking.
